Special Event Recycling Bin Rental Form

Thank you for recycling at your special event! Eco-Cycle maintains and stores several recycling bins, owned by the city of Boulder, for use at special events in our community. There is no charge to use these bins if they are picked up at Eco-Cycle (5030 "old" Pearl St.), and then returned empty, clean, and in good condition after use. If the bins are returned full of recyclables, soiled, broken, or not returned at all, you will be billed $15 per bin. Events using more than 10 bins will need to provide large plastic bags (45-gallon volume, 45" x 48" dimensions) for use in the recycling bins. Clear bags work best as visitors can see the recyclables in the bag and are less likely to confuse the bag with trash. Recyclables collected during your event can be dropped off at the Boulder County Recycling Center at 1901 63rd St, Boulder.

I have read the above responsibilities associated with borrowing special event recycling bins from Eco-Cycle. I assume responsibility for the pick-up, cleaning, and drop-off of recycling bins from 5030 Pearl St. I understand I will be billed for broken, dirty, or unreturned containers.
